Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Deep Shah

Dr. Deep Shah, a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, considers his role as a health care clinician for children to be a genuine privilege and blessing and believes that a customized oral health plan for each child is essential to the child’s overall well-being and continued growth and development.

Upon earning his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences and minor in business administration from Drexel University, Dr. Shah pursued his dental education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Shah further trained at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh where he acquired extensive experience in the areas of growth and development, pediatric oral pathology, special healthcare needs, dental trauma, pharmacological modalities, and behavior modification/management. He believes working with other pediatric specialists and utilizing an interdisciplinary approach is integral to the successful management of each guest.

From his early days, Dr. Shah always had a passion for dancing and has competitively danced throughout the country. Although he no longer competes, Dr. Shah continues to enjoy choreographing dance routines and teaching classes – so don’t be surprised if you see this “dancing dentist” moving and grooving his way throughout the clinic wearing one (of his multiple) superhero masks!

Dr. Nick Avianto

Dr. Nick Avianto has wanted to be a pediatric dentist since he was in the first grade, talking about his trips to the dentist on the playground. After all those years he’s finally able to live out this dream of creating a warm, comfortable, and fun environment for all his young patients, alleviating some of that anxiety he remembers feeling surrounding his early dental visits.

Dr. Avianto grew up in northern New Jersey as the oldest of four siblings, each five years apart. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Miami. He then received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. At Penn, Dr. Avianto graduated with honors in Community Oral Health, was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society, and volunteered with various children’s organizations including Youth Emergency Services and the Special Olympics. To further pursue his passion for treating and caring for children, Dr. Avianto completed a two-year residency program specializing in pediatric dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado, one of the nation’s Top 10 Children’s Hospitals. During residency, Dr. Avianto was honored with the role of Chief Resident.

Although he discovered his favorite beaches in southern Florida and hiked beautiful mountains in Colorado. Dr. Avianto felt a longing to return to the area where he went to dental school and also met his fiancé. He had the wonderful experience of exploring Philly’s historic neighborhoods, celebrating the Eagles Super Bowl victory, and most rewarding of all, getting to know the families and helping the children of this community. Because of this, Dr. Avianto has found his home for treating children here in Chester County and is excited to help your child find their dental home here too. In his free time, Dr. Avianto loves watching sports, traveling to discover new cuisines, and spending time with family. He’s also a Marvel Studios enthusiast and prides himself on keeping up with all the latest Disney and Pixar movies.
